After breakfast, depart from Arusha and begin your scenic drive towards Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s most beautiful wildlife destinations. The journey takes approximately 2–3 hours and passes through local villages, Maasai settlements, and picturesque countryside landscapes. Upon arrival at the park, proceed with registration before starting your exciting game drive.
Tarangire National Park is renowned for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. During the game drive, you may encounter elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, impalas, and various predators such as lions and leopards. The Tarangire River, the park’s lifeline, attracts many animals throughout the year, providing excellent wildlife viewing opportunities.
Enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated site within the park while taking in the stunning natural surroundings.
